Introduction
The ‘times tables tunes’ app is a subscription-based mobile application that provides especially
composed music to help children learn and remember the multiplication tables up to twelve times twelve.
By downloading and using our App, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions
Throughout this agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“App” means the ‘times table tunes’ mobile application.
“User” means any person who downloads and uses the App.
“Subscription” means a paid account that grants the User access to the features of the App, the duration
being 12 months, and the cost being US $3.99 for that 12-month period.

User agreement
By using the ‘times table tunes’ App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You must not play the tunes at a volume that could damage the hearing of those listening to the tunes.
You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement.
Parents or legal guardians of users under 18 years of age are responsible for monitoring their child’s use
of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
You may not share your account information or password with any other person or entity.
You may not attempt to access or use another User’s account without their permission.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription
Sheridan House Australia Pty Ltd, owner of the ‘times table tunes’ App, offers an advertised time
subscription that grants the User access to the features of the App for 12 months at the cost of US $3.99.
Payment will be charged to the User’s Apple or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
The User will be notified at the expiry of their subscription and invited to take up a new subscription to
continue using the App.

Ownership
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the ‘times table tunes’ are the exclusive
property of Sheridan House Australia Pty Ltd.
The User may not use or reproduce any of the ‘times table tunes’ content, materials, or intellectual
property without the express written consent of Sheridan House Australia Pty Ltd.

Disclaimer of warranties
Sheridan House Australia Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or
implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the
App.

Limitation of liability
In no event shall Sheridan House Australia Pty Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
